I thank God once again to be with you today as you are with me. Last week I requested for those who will be interested in Bible study and the response has not been that much. Perhaps, most of you are still unprepared yet.

Anyway, for those of you who believe in the power of the word and you want to build yourself up the more to be useful and effective in your walk with the Lord, I think this is your opportunity. Two things I love most in my life, prayer and the word. Every other thing is next. I can tell you about the enormous blessings in my life as a result of those two.

In 1999, the Lord told me this, " keep the word at focus and pray in the spirit." This was nearly 15 years after I gave my life to Christ. Everything took a different turn to the right direction as soon as I obeyed. I face many tribulations, loses, depravity and sometimes death and sickness. But because of the word in my heart, none has moved me to the point that I lost complete hope.

Many years ago while I was praying, I asked the Lord to show me who He is and my place in the church. He pointed my attention to my Bible which was opposite where I was lying down.

The greatest blessings that anyone can receive is revelation in the the word of God, and it is my heart desire that the body of Christ - the Church, will return to seeking the truth by digging deep into the Word of God and finding ourselves as the image of Christ. That is the only time we encounter the true LORD JESUS and THEN shall the Spirit give us understanding of the power that is at work in us according to book of Ephesians.

Again, the Spirit is speaking to the Church (1Tim. 4:2) but the Church is busy with the world. If we can convince the world that we have the real solution, if we can convince the world to follow us to the Potter's House so that our nations can be changed and our leadership to deliver as promised, we must begin to live the word lifestyle and indulge in spiritual intercession.

A person of the word is a person of prayer and a man of the Spirit is a man of the Word.

Please, if you are a bible study teacher and you want to join me to coordinate, it will be a great blessing. Kindly indicate. I will give you a topic and then you lead while others contribute via comment window. We will do it in a such a way that whoever is leading will lead from his or her Blog.

It is time to pursue the glory. I can promise you that this is a life-changing experience.

PRAYER ANNOUNCEMENT

Hello everyone,

Here is a little announcement. For those of you who are taking part in the wonderful two weeks journey with the Lord, I want to encourage you to prepare yourself for an incredible time of prayer. You will receive daily word guide that will steer you in the direction of a high spiritual frequency in the Holy Spirit. I'm not bragging, I know it because the Lord sent me to those who are hungary for Him.

You will only receive it through your inbox so if you have not officially given me the right to do so by sending me a mail, I'm afriad I cannot send to you. I also received a note that some of you could not access my blog due to technical problems and are asking for extension. I will extend till Friday only. After Friday I will be gone till after the two weeks.

Please note that I love to see the body of Christ thriving and I want you to go further in the Lord than where you are. So you will be praying along with me as we interceed for spiritual consecration and increase in the spirit.

PURSUING THE GLORIOUS NATURE - PT 4

Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look to His wonderful face
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace

Father, make me an example of you. Help me fix my eyes on Jesus until I die. Let me not find any pleasure in the flesh, but to love my Saviour in the flesh and in the Spirit. May I be blind to the highest level to this world and its enticement. Let my flesh grow weaker and weaker as I pursue the things of the Spirit. Please keep me tied to the altar of prayer and humility, that my tears will continually flow at the sight of my flesh. Keep me in check by your Holy Spirit and let your word continue to purge and sanctify me. Increase your promptings in my heart daily. Let me panic at the sight of sin. Please rescue me from myself. Deliver me oh Lord from compromise. I'm crying unto you this day for more grace to go through this life with dignity and integrity. For every second you spare me, let me spend it in your presence, because in your presence is where I belong. In your presence is where I have life.

Remember me oh Lord for your name sake and keep me in your presence. Oh Father, keep me in your presence, no matter what it will cost me. Thank you in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Beloved, I want you to understand that not every child of God has the presence of God around them. Every child of God has the power of God to become something for the Lord according to Jn. 1:12 , but when it comes to the fulness of God, which is the glorious personality of God or the presence of God, there are strict rules, because the presence of God is for seperation. It is to seperate us from the world unto the Lord.

Whenever anyone ask the Lord for grace to DO something,( if he or she is a person that studies the word), the Lord begins to strengthen their faith. But the minute you ask for the presence of God in your life the Lord begins to seperate you.

Moses was the first person to ask God for His presence; and the reason why he did was so that Israel will be different from every other nation in the whole world ( Ex. 33:16).

Eph. 3:19 says "And to know the love of Christ, which passes all knowledge, that ye may be filled with all the fulness of God." From my personal experience, it is when you begin to fall in love with the Lord that you desire His presence. The reason is that, it is only when you begin to back off the flesh, carnality and worldliness that you back in onto the Lord. And the minute you start asking the Lord to reveal Himself to you, you find yourself pulling back from the way you used to live unless you are not serious. And why ? Because the " carnal mind is enmity against God" -(Rom. 8:7). The minute you start to shut your life to the world, the life of Christ becomes a reality in your heart. You cannot maintain the presence of God while you are still holding unto the world.

Therefore, before you ask the Lord for His glory or His presence or His fulness, think about the price of going through spiritual death to the things you love first. But if you love Him and are willing to set yourself apart for Him, He gives you grace sufficient enough to go through with it. And in the end, you will love His life more than anything.

On the other hand, the power of God is availble to you by faith and many are deceived by the presence of the gifts. They think the gift indicates the presence of God. But the gifts and callings of God are without repentance ( Rom.11:29), which means, once God endows you with the power to do something, it is not a yardstick for measuring your spiritual purity or your consecration to the Lord. It is the presence of God that determines whether you are right with God.

The danger here is compromise, it renders you vulnerable to physical death or destruction. If you want a proof, look at the life of Samson with Delilah in Judges chapter 14-16.

The Spirit of the Lord is in your heart to reveal sin as it is in your life and to show you who Jesus is. Listen to Him as He encourages you and stregthens you to walk in the way of the Lord.
May the Lord enable you to set yourself apart for spiritual excellence. Amen !

If you want the Lord to reveal Himself in your life, and you truthfuly desire to live His life to progress in your spiritual walk, then I'm inviting you for a two week journey with Lord. It does not matter whether you are old or new in the Lord. It is only for those who are spiritually hungry for the Lord. If you are among those, then, please send me a mail through this blog with your name and your spiritual state, whether weak, strong or compromised. Tell me about your prayer life, whether consistent, dissipating or none at all. Also mention what you do in body of Christ, you fellowship with a church or not and what exactly you desire the Lord to change in your life, the very spiritual need that need to be amended or improved in your pursuit of God.
I'm going to spend the next two weeks in prayer on your behalf while you are also praying. Once I receive it, I will send you some important information that will strengthen you to build up as we continue to seek the Lord.

The only reason why I'm doing this is because the Lord wants us to strengthen one another in Him. If you succeed in the race, the Kingdom of God will expand. When your need is met, it will help you to interceed for others.

PURSUING THE GLORIOUS NATURE - PT 3

1Pet. 2:9 - "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praise of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light".

Recently, there was a news headline about Prince William, the second in line to the throne of England about his decision to terminate his long time relationship with the young lady, to whom everyone assumed he would soon propose marriage. Later on came a rumour that, her family backgroung was unsuitable for the royalty. And why ? For every exalted position, there is a standard to maintain. Please take note of this statement.

In the book of Daniel, we see a prophet who was a preference over his counterparts to king Darius, king of Babylon. The king was impressed with Daniel that he chose him to be governor or rather, senate president in his country. Don't forget, Daniel was a Jew not a Babylonian. And not just a stranger, he was one of the kings slaves who decided to do something to reflect who he really was. Let's look at what he did in the TNIV translation of Daniel 6:3

"Now Daniel so distinguished himself among..............."

Look at that ! He distinguished himself. He set himself apart for his purpose and his value. He did not compromise himself for men's opinion nor the order of the day. But because of his qualities or values, he set himself apart for the Lord.

Please sit down and make a list of areas in your life that you have compromised your heavenly values. Just those that the Lord brings to heart as you wait on Him. Write them down boldly and bring them before the Lord. View them in the light of scriptures.Write down the possible consequencies according to the bible and peep into your life by the help of the Holy Spirit to see how they have affected you. Cry out to the Lord for mercy and step out away from compromise now. It is time to take your stand for Christ. Yes, you can.

When you know who you are, you do not trade yourself for men's opinion. If you know that you are God's chosen, your pattern of life will be set according to the pattern that is set by the word of God. Many of God's children are afraid of what the world will say about them, so their lifestyle has no biblical format. No wonder they do not impart anybody's life for Christ. They care about what the flesh will loose if they set themselves apart for the Lord. They have deliberately given up their right to say no to this world and its fantasies. When Christians go, they go. When the world go, they go as well. They tell me they don't want to be 'over spiritual' but they want the anointing to work miracles for them. You see them struggling to become American Idols, but they feel ashamed to become 'Heavenly Idols'. They sing in the choir and at the same time, they are cutting video clips of worldly contents with sexual conotations, and they tell me they are the CHOSEN GENERATION. Hey, if you want to be a child of God, be a good one. Stop compromising for temporary wealth or fame.

What about you bible study teacher ? Show me your favourite music. I was shocked to hear a Pastor on TBN said on air, that his best movie is CSI Miami. What happened to The Burning Hell and Distant Thunder ? Omega code and the Miracle of the Cards ? Have we forgotten that we cannot be equally yoked with things of the world and its agents ?

Does your colleagues know about your desire for the Presence of God ? Compromise is a silent killer that hinders the glory in your life. Stop following the crowd and set yourself apart as a vessel unto honor.

I'll be back. I want to show you one big revelation about the Presence of God. It will change your attitude toward compromise and the anointing, forever.

A WORD FROM THE LORD

I hear from within , the Spirit of the Lord saying "It is time to manifest my glory among the nations of the earth. Now is the time when the people who are called by my name shall humble themselves and seek my face in repentance, so that I shall manifest the majestic glory of my presence on earth once again. I am raising vessels that are pruned and purified for the purpose of my glory. I'm revealing vessels that have been sanctified and kept for the purpose of my glory. I'm in the business of restoring my glory in the Church as never before. For the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former, and the whole earth shall be filled with the knowledge of my glory in these later days."

" Behold, I am performing that which is appointed unto this generation. This generation shall be filled with abundance of heavenly signals. I am stirring a birthing pains in this generation for a mighty delivery. Let my sons and daughters who are called by my Spirit take their positions and move in their ranks. For they shall not break their ranks. Position yourselves for an out-pour that will shake the earth for a bountiful harvest."

"It is time to lift up the banner of the gospel, says the Lord. Prepare yourselves as an army ready for war, but for a harvest. I'm stiring the winds of the east to blow out again for a mighty harvest. Extend your nets and let them down. Let the fishermen drop down their nets for a mighty catch. For the sea is set to roll again."
"Behold the release of power. I am empowering my Church to take her place once again. For in the days of my power, the people will be willing. And these are the days of my power. Let the Church rise up for a mighty
catch."

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I pray in the name of Jesus. Grant us a willing and a discerning heart so that we will not miss our moment of your blessing.Please give us the urge to pursue your heart so that our sacrifices will not be in vain. Give us no peace until we rise up in obedience and pursue your will. Cause us to return unto you in humility so that we may obtain favour and love. To you be all adoration in Jesus' name. Amen.

This is a word from the Spirit of the Lord unto the Church. God bless you as pray for the Church.

CRY FOR MY GENERATION

Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I come because of the blood, and I come on behalf my generation. Thank you for receiving me.

Father, we have turned our hearts from you and have set our eyes to glorify the flesh. My people have sinned Lord. But when I take a look at Calvary, I have hope that we have a mediator who is constantly interceeding for us. So I come to you that we may be forgiven. We have sinned Lord. Have mercy on us. Behold the bloodstream on the tree at Calvary on mount Golgota.

My greatest hope for my generation is that Lord, you planted the tree that you knew it will be used to make the old rugged cross. You allowed rain and sunshine to groom it. You kept it till its time. Surely, it was for the sake of my generation.

You watched the foetus that became men who nailed the Lord of glory to the cross, so that we might go free. Above all, you gave wisdom to a mortal man to pierce His side for the blood flow. So that we may be cleansed. All for my generation.

I ask in the name of Jesus who died, that please let your heart beat harder, more than ever, for my generation. Indeed, we are the most abominable among the genealogy of men, but you do not turn your eyes from us.
We have messed up your name, yet Lord, we are the generation that seek your face. We have taken advantage of grace, turn our attention from your purity, set our hearts after vanity, and in the end, we are lost. Have mercy Oh God !! Have mercy upon my generation.

We come to you only when we want to see your hand move, but you seek our love. We treasure our ambitions more than your vision. We are able to tell you to do what we want without desiring your heart cry. Please, do not drive us away at this time. Remember the nail at Calvary and keep us.

Our altars are dried up. There is no more tears on the altars for the lost. Because there is no passion for you. For your life, we hate it. We don't even talk about it in our pulpits. We have even refused to preach about your Kingdom because we are not expecting you back. We just want to enjoy ourselves not your wish. Please, be merciful to us.

What I want to plead for is that if you can raise stones to praise you, you can raise us too. Do not give up on us. Have mercy.

There is so much darkness on earth that, we are afraid. There is no more faith. Sin has broken the bond. We are far seperated from you and so we are afraid. We care about the enemy now more than you. Because we have lost our virtues.

But this is what I know. Soon, the war will be over. Because you have lifted the ban off my generation.
Lord, revive us again. For this is the generation that seek your face. Hear our cry and send forth revival again
in the name of Jesus.

Thank you Lord. Amen.

CHEERS FROM MY HEART

Sometimes it is important to know that you are doing the right thing. Cheer leaders are very important for those who are running in a race. I take you as one of those who are going to cheer others while they run the race.

In this wide world called internet, there are a lot of you and I runing for the Most High God. And sometimes, it can be very discouraging to know that there is someone out there who is watching as you run, but does little or nothing to strengthen you in such a challenging task.

We can be cheer leaders for one another. By this I mean, visit as many bloggers in the household (of God) as you can. Leave an encouraging message to cheer them up. Refer someone to some of the blogs that have blessed you. If there is a need on the blog, for instance, a need to correct or comment or contribute in anyway, try and be used by the Lord in that way. Just stop by someone's blog and say hello!

We are all learning to become like Jesus, none of us is perfect. The area that you may have been strengthened might be the area that the Lord is still dealing with in me. Therefore, we need one another to care, nourish, to love and to build our faith in the Lord.

On the other hand, if you require the brethren to interceed on your behalf before the Lord, I guess you will be able to discern who has the Spirit of the Lord in him or her to stand with you before God in prayer.

We need to mobilize ourselves to counter every attack of the enemy, and take possession of this internet land for Jesus. We need to mobilize our resources to penetrate this dark secret world that the internet has become with the word of God. We have to raise evangelist for the web. But it will all begin with us standing together and praying for one another.

I want you to know that as much as I'm weak and still struggling with fear and doubts, I love you all and I'm praying for you so that some day, we will meet by the side of the most exalted throne of Jesus, beholding His glory as He is.

2Tim. 1:13 - "Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou has heard of me; in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus."

PURSUING THE GLORIOUS NATURE - PT 1

Jn. 17:22 - "And the glory which thou gave to me, I have given them ................."

This morning as I was busy cleaning up my house, my little boy called me to the bathroom with his 'buzz lightyear' toy in his hand and he said, "mummy, I want buzz to glow." I looked at the toy and wondered how on earth that can happen. The seven year old looked at my total ignorance and reminded me about the manufacturer's instructions that, if the the toy is exposed to constant bright light for 50 seconds it will be energized to glow in the dark. So I raised the toy up to the 50W light and held it in position for 1 minute and gave it back to him. He then switched off the bathroom lights and amazingly, buzz began to glow in a beautiful lime green light.

Romans 8:19 tells how the world is desperately waiting for the children of God to manifest His glory, but the Church seems adamant of this fact. It sounds more like fiction to the children of God rather than reality.

Every patented device that glows has to and must be first exposed to bright light or be connected to a source of energy for a period of time before it can glow even though it has been built with the capacity to glow. Failure to do this will defy the manufacturers instruction and the device will either be of no use or will not serve its purpose.

We as children of God at time of regeneration, received a new genetic make-up (Jn. 1:12) which enables us to reflect the personality of Jesus Christ. We have what it takes to produce results that draw people to the Kingdom of God. But not until we have been exposed to the presence of God, we can barely contain His word talk less, His glory. Before Jesus departed from the earth He instructed the disciples to go and wait on the Holy Spirit. Immediately after the incident in Acts 2 they were not called disciples any more. They became known as Apostles.

When you are imparted by the Lord's presence, your place in life will begin to re-surface. Eph. 2:10 indicates that we were created for our destiny, to walk in them. In other words, we were created just for the purpose of God's vision of us. We are created to live as God has originally envisioned us. Our destinies were preordained before we were formed, that is why we are to walk in the to make it happen. It is when we become constantly exposed to the presence of God that His glory in us begins to radiate. And whenever we come to a place of darkness and trouble, the glory in us reveals Christ as the answer to the situation. We shine in the place of darkness. We are able to 'create life out of nothing'. We make things happen when it appears nothing is possible. People begin to see the truth in the faith that we profess. All because, the glory that God the Father gave to the Son Jesus, to shine in this dark world to draw people's attention to the truth, has been given unto us.

Before I continue I want you to note this:

The amount of the glorious nature in you will determine the level of the glorious life you live. The level of the glorious life you live will determine the magnitude of work you will do for Him, and the magnitude of the work you do will detemine the impact you make on the people around you and your generation at large.

Now, the question is how do you become exposed to the glorious nature ?

BE STILL AND LET GOD

This pain that won't go away ! This pain that won't leave my mind alone ! Just help me Lord to get over it. Its twenty years now. Lord, I just want my life back !!!

I was subjected to so much abuse and shameful encounters that sometimes I wish I could block the memory of it. Despised, violated, rejected and abandoned. Almost every evil and unthinkable experiences that humiliates a girl came across my path as a growing girl. With scalded brain, emotionally broken, hopeless and illusioned, I cried out, " Lord, if I'm in a dream, please let me wake up.

Sometimes life hands you with pills of bitterness and no answers to why it has to be you. You are torn between the pain of the past and the fears of the future and so your decisions are mired even before they are considered.

You just don't know how to put it all behind and move on. You carry the pain and a burden that no one else undestand except God. Tears are the only witness to the horrific memory that has been kept like a treasure that does nothing good to your life.

But you know what, it has to go. There are many abused children who did not live to tell what they went through but you did. What you suffered has made you a potential witness of what God can do out of a broken life. Your suffering is so that you can stand in the gap for victims who have no hope.

Instead of courting grief and sorrow, just lift up your eyes to the blue sky (Ps. 121:1-2) and behold the face of Him whose heart was broken so that He will identify with your pain - the Lord Jesus. Grab hold of His hands by faith and let go all the pains. I did, and I'm glad that I did. I made up my mind to put the past behind me and press through the uncertainties with the Lord to see what lies ahead.

Hard though, but I finally found hope and strength in my daily moments with the Lord. No longer do I carry heaviness in my heart. I certainly am joyful and at peace.

Ps. 4:4 - "Stand in awe and sin not, commune with thy own heart on your bed and be still "
Ps. 46:10 - "Be still and know that I am God "

There is strength in the quiet place of God's Presence. Be still and let God.

So You Want To be Like Christ ?

I've been reading the book titled " So you want to be Like Christ" by Charles Swindoll. I want you to get a copy of this book if you can.

My greatest battle as a Christian was pride and unforgiveness, and always wished that I could enjoy a real experience as a Christian with the Lord, but those two characteristics were a great hindrance to me.

Every encounter I desired was all to make me the center of attraction, to make people respect and fear me. There was nothing pointing to Lord in it. But if it does not point to the Lord, then, what is the point ?

As at now I've read this book 12 times. I find it absolutely impossible to put the book down due to the impartation I have received to overcome in those two areas and many other areas like paying a lot more attention to building my relationship with the Lord.

When I began to read the book, my stomach began to churn, as if I want to throw up. I began to suddenly see a picture of my carnal self before the majesty of God's throne. At chapter one on page 9, there was no more strength to resist the dealings from within by the Holy Spirit. Trust me when I say my stomach churned. It went on and on through-out the entire book. Tears streamed down my face all week. I found myself pleading with Lord to weaken my grip on my pride so that I can let go.

The more I called on the Lord for His strength the more I desired to see Jesus. At this point the Holy Spirit began to point my attention to the Bible. The more I read the Bible the more I wanted, and the easier it became for me to relate to it. Its amazing how real the Bible is when you relate to it.

After that encounter, all I have desired is Jesus and his glorious life. I fall in love with Him anew everyday. Most importantly, those things I couldn't let go that stood between me and Him has become like names on a 'wanted list', I hate the scent of it all.

I have concluded that the best means to crucifying the flesh is first, GET TO KNOW HIM - JESUS CHRIST, AND PURSUE HIS LIFESTYLE - HOLINESS. FOR WITHOUT HOLINESS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE GOD. Heb.12:14.

Touched by the Quiet Moments

What a world! What a noise! What a busy generation. How sad! Oh ! what a mess in our souls!

I took my time to read Ps.24:6. I read it again and again and I turned it into a prayer and prayed for my generation. I have searched a little through history and have found that really, it is this our perverse generation that is seeking God, from east to west and north to south of the globe. None other. And why ? Hmm ! People need the Lord.

I tried to contain my life and saturate myself with sounds and pictures ( anything visible) that can edify my spirit. To my greatest amazement, it was not possible. I did not have to step out of my house nor open a magazine before filthiness bade me welcome. Just turn on the news channels or the advert in between the news highlights. Even at home, I'm still not safe !

Do you still go to the beach during the cool evenings hoping to enjoy the gentle whisper of the sea with the beautiful rolls of tidal waves with the intention that perhaps the still small voice will release a word from within for direction, and suddenly at your dismay, right infront of you is an indecent exposure (if you know what I mean) in such an open space? Oh ! What a world. What can I see that will enable me to appreciate this world ? Perhaps you are in the same boat with me.

In Ps. 46: 10 says "Be still and know that I am God". One of the greatest elements of life that has been taken away from humanity, which used to be the best driving force to peace, is quietness. I cherish quietness. The entertainment industry (under the seductive control of satan) has successfuly and manupulatively taken it away, and even the children of God's household have fallen victims. The Bible is now read to us on CDs by the entertainment industry, craftily taking the cherished moments of relaxing in the atmosphere of silence while meditating on the word of God. King David of Israel who knew how to stay quiet in the presnce of God says the Lord "leads me beside the still waters"( Ps. 23:2), and then " He restores my soul" vrs3.

The only place I find safety and comfort to press on for another day in this tense world and to cleanse my soul from those junky stuff of this life is in the quiet moments of my soul, where there is no music nor movies nor news of the world but just the music of my soul and visions of my heart. In this place I feel pure. No wonder Jesus says, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God".

There is power in silence, there is peace in quietness, Isa.30:15. I'm pursuing it with every minute I get.

Well folks, if you cannot turn your back to the endless calls, and the junky films and the despressive sounds which has unfortunately kidnapped even the christian mind, and find somewhere to empty your soul to be refilled by the still waters, then, this world has got it all.

Conclusion: Find an hour daily without music nor the phone nor the television, even without the kids or after they have slept and empty your soul in the quiet place of God's Presence.

I'm glad you have found your way to this site because there are real stuff on the way for you to discover the depth and breadth in God through His Word. Its amazing what the Lord has deposited in you and is ready to reveal through you to this generation.

I believe God has raised me for His purpose, to bring glory to His name and to lead my generation unto Him. This is the reason why this site has been set up, as a means to locate as many who have burden for this generation, to see the will and purpose of the Lord accomplished on earth. I don't know about you, but for me, my heart cries for my generation. "For this is the generation that seek His face".

I want to stir your spirit up to pick up a challenge ;

1. To thrush your life in exchange for His life
2. To avail yourself up as an instrument in the hands of the Master
3. To receive the burden on His heart for your nation
4. To be an intercessor for the nations
5. To ensure that the Gospel of Jesus Christ goes forth
